One programme across every channel

Configurable earn and burn
You control the earn rate: points per rand spent, points per item, bonus points on specific products or categories. You control the burn rate: what rewards are available and at what point thresholds. Tiered membership levels unlock additional benefits as customers spend more.
Customer-facing experience
Customers see their loyalty balance in the ordering app, on the web ordering portal, and receive balance updates after each order via SMS or WhatsApp. Points are applied automatically at checkout. No card to carry, no code to enter.
