Automated feedback collection
After every order, Ordev.improve sends an automated feedback request via SMS or WhatsApp. Customers rate their experience and optionally leave a comment. The process is frictionless: a single tap to rate, optional text for detail. Response rates are significantly higher than post-visit email surveys.
Operational analytics
Beyond feedback, Ordev.improve aggregates your order data into operational dashboards. Which menu items sell most and least. Which time periods see the highest order volume. Which branches have the longest fulfilment times. Which channels generate the highest average basket size.
Negative feedback alerts
