How Ordev.book works
Reservations across every channel
Customers can book a table through your web ordering portal, through the app, or by messaging your WhatsApp number. The WhatsApp booking flow is handled by AI. The customer specifies a date, time, and party size, and the system checks availability and confirms the booking without staff involvement.
Real-time floor view
Your front-of-house manager sees every table on a live floor plan. Booking status, arrival status, cover count, and time elapsed per table are visible at a glance. The view updates in real time as bookings arrive, guests check in, and tables turn over.
Confirmation and reminders
Every booking generates an automatic confirmation via SMS or email. A reminder is sent 24 hours before the reservation. No-shows are tracked per booking. Deposit requirements can be configured for peak periods or large party sizes.
