What happens if the AI cannot handle a request?
Edge cases — unusual modifications, complaints, or complex queries — can be escalated to a staff member or handled by a configured fallback response. The AI handles the vast majority of standard order interactions without intervention.
Do we need a new WhatsApp number?
Ordev.chat operates on the official WhatsApp Business API. You can use your existing business number or set up a dedicated ordering number. Either way, the number is verified and branded to your restaurant.
How long does setup take?
