How Ordev.deliver works
Unified dispatch
Every delivery order, whether it originated from the web, the app, WhatsApp, or voice, appears in the same dispatch queue. Your dispatch team assigns orders to drivers, tracks delivery progress in real time, and manages exceptions from one screen.
In-house fleet management
Ordev.deliver includes a driver mobile app. When an order is assigned, the driver receives a notification with the customer address and order details. The driver marks the order as collected, in transit, and delivered. Customer-facing tracking updates fire automatically at each stage.
Delivery zones and fees
Configure delivery zones per branch with flat-rate or distance-based pricing. Set minimum order values for delivery eligibility. Offer free delivery above a threshold. All fee logic is applied automatically at checkout.
